Warranty and Return Policy
GasBike.net values your complete satisfaction. If within seven (7) days of receiving your products, parts or accessories (the “Products”) from Gasbike.net you decide you do not want the Products for any reason, or if there is a missing item on your order, give our customer service department a call and we may refund your money, send you replacement Products or provide you with a store credit based on the terms and conditions of this Return Policy agreement (“Return Policy”). Please review our Return Policy carefully. If you do not accept and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of our Return Policy do not purchase Products from Gasbike.net. By purchasing Products from Gasbike.net you consent to our Return Policy. The terms "Gasbike.net" or "us" or "we" or "our" refers to Nationwide Access, LLC, a California limited liability company and the owner of Gasbike.net.
Return Policy Terms and Conditions
YOU MUST CALL OUR CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPARTMENT AT 877-354-3733 TO OBTAIN A RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION NUMBER (RMA#) FOR SHIPPING THE PRODUCTS BACK TO US. THE RMA# IS REQUIRED BEFORE ANY RETURN CLAIM WILL BE ACCEPTED. ANY PRODUCTS RETURNED WITHOUT A RMA# ARE SUBJECT TO BEING REFUSED.
All Products must be returned in its original carton or packaging, in new and re-sellable condition within seven (7) days of delivery. “New and re-sellable condition" means that the Products have not been installed, fueled, started or ridden.
If any Products have been installed, fueled, started or ridden a return will not be accepted by Gasbike.net. DO NOT SHIP ANY PRODUCTS AFTER GAS HAS BEEN ADDED OR WHICH HAVE BEEN PREVIOUSLY FUELED OR STARTED.
If any Products arrive damaged or defective or are found to be defective within the first seven (7) days of normal use, a refund, replacement or store credit will be given at the discretion of GasBike.net.
This Return Policy shall never apply to Products that have been damaged, altered, abused, neglected, in an accident or improperly maintained.
Return shipping and insurance charges are your responsibility. The shipping and insurance charges paid by you will NOT be included in any refund, replacement or store credit issued. Any Products returned freight-collect are subject to being refused with a motorized bicycle.
Please allow 1-2 weeks of turnaround time for your return to be processed.
Missing accessories that should be included with returned Products will result in a reduced refund or store credit amount by the actual replacement cost of those missing items.
ALL PRODUCTS MUST BE SHIPPED BACK WITH EXTREME CAUTION AND CARE.
PLEASE CAREFULLY PACK THE PRODUCTS FOR RETURN.
DO NOT SHIP ANY PRODUCTS AFTER GAS HAS BEEN ADDED OR WHICH HAVE BEEN PREVIOUSLY FUELED.
YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY PERSONAL INJURY, LOSS OR DAMAGE CAUSED BY NEGLIGENT SHIPPING.
All returned Products are subject to a 20%-30% restocking fee.
Clearance items are FINAL SALE ITEMS, and no refunds, replacement or store credit is allowed.
Due to the nature of some items offered and sold by Gasbike.net, we are unable to accept returns for some Products. Such items shall be identified as FINAL SALE ITEMS upon purchase.
If you return Products for a store credit you will receive store credit to use when placing your next order at Gasbike.net.
A store credit does not have to be used in full because our secure ecommerce system will keep track of the used and unused portion of your store credit.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to change, modify, add or remove any portion of this Return Policy in whole or in part, at any time.
