- Order Status - To check the status of your Internet, Phone or Mail/Fax order you must have placed an order with us and be a registered customer and signed in. Use your email order confirmation and your order number and the best motorized bicycles. Simply type in your order # and your mail address that you used with the order.
- Did not Receive Your Email Order Confirmation - Check the email address you placed the order with. Inside the email order confirmation is a link to check the status of your order.
- Did Not Receive My Order Receipt - This is provided both via email after your order with the email order confirmation and a printed version inside your shipment.
Did Not Receive A Bicycle Motor Engine Kit Installation Manual - Our company is eco-friendly and we use as little paper as needed and we ask that you please download and print our 13 page Installation Manual because it is not included with the shipment:
