Do we have a great custom motorized bicycle for you? This custom Motorized Bicycle has over eleven (11) options for you to dial in your bike. Pick any of our 2 Stroke bicycle motor kits for your bike. We have numerous requests for a comfortable beach cruiser ride and our 2009 Greenline Deluxe Beach Cruiser is built as a single speed bike. It is built around a TIG-Welded Hi-Tensile Steel Cruiser Frame, Hi-Tensile Steel Uni-Crown Fork, 7/8" (22.2mm) Aluminum Alloy Stem (180mm Quill x 80mm Ext. w/ 30° Angle), KT 305R Internal Coaster Brake Hub, 44 Teeth Black & Chrome Steel Chain ring (1/2" x 1/8") and a 20 Teeth Black Rear Sprocket (1/2" x 1/8"). Note: This is a DIY Motorized Bicycle and there is assembly required for the bicycle and for attaching the bicycle motor to the bike. The ships in two (2) separate boxes from our two warehouses. All Stickers Are Easily Removable!

- 48cc Grubee Bike Motor Bike Motor Gas Engine Kits which are the Rolls Royce of 2-stroke gas/oil mixture engines. Available in a black engine finish or a slant head standard color finish.

- Any of our Grubee SkyHawk 66cc/80cc Bike Motor Kits including standard color engine finish, black engine finish, or slant head standard color finish. We also have the Black Stallion black engine finish in both 48cc and 66cc/80cc or the Jet in 66cc/80cc.

Bike Warranty: There is a 90-day manufacturer warranty on defective or missing bicycle parts only. For shipping damages, you must notify us within 5 days of receiving the shipment. Photos of the damages are required to process a claim.

Motor Kit Warranty: All bike motor kits include a 6-Month Limited Warranty against manufacturer defects on parts.

Notice: Our custom motorized bicycles do not come pre-assembled and they ship in two different boxes, one (1) bike box and one (1) bicycle motor box. This Motorized Bicycle (DIY) does not come pre-assembled with the bicycle motor attached. The Motorized Bicycle boxes may arrive on different days in different shipments. Our Special Flat Rate Shipping is for the lower 48 states only and does not cover Alaska & Hawaii but does cover Canada. It does not cover International shipping costs. If you need a bike and live in an International country just proceed with your order and once we see your shipping address and calculate the extra shipping charge and over the phone we will charge you the remaining shipping fees. All International orders that have not completed this extra charge over the phone will be turned into Denied Orders.

Question: How much weight will this add to a bike?
Answer: The 48cc, 66cc/80cc engine kits will add 24 lbs to your bike. The 49cc engine kit will add 31 lbs to your bike. Note: We suggest a 26" Men's standard V frame bike like this one.

Question: What fuel do I use for my engine kit?
Answer: The two stroke motor kits & the 4 stroke motor kits differ:

2 stroke engine kits - An Oil & Gas Mixture Is Required. When New: 16 to 1 (8oz per Gallon) After 2 Tanks Of Break In: 32 to 1 (4oz per Gallon)
4 stroke engine kits - 100% Gas

You should get 100-150 Miles per gallon and achieve 20-40 MPH depending on climate, altitude, bike weight and rider weight

Question: How do I start and stop my Motorized Bicycle Greenline Deluxe Beach Cruiser?
Answer: The starting and stopping a two stroke motor kits & the 4 stroke motor kits differ:

You can still pedal bike like normal with clutch lever held in or locked in with button.

2 stroke engine kits

To Start: It's just like riding a bike normally, hold in the clutch and pedal the bike to get some speed, then release the clutch to "Jump Start" the motor. If you know of or remember jump starting a Manual VW Bug this start method is the same.

To Stop: While the engine is running you can hold in the clutch and the engine will idle. Push the Kill Switch on the throttle to kill the motor. The clutch must be held in when the bike is in motion or the motor will keep running.

4 stroke engine kits -

Bicycle Requirements:

This bicycle motor engine kit fits most Mens 24" and larger bicycles which includes mountain, cruiser, chopper and road bikes with a V-frame with at least a 8.5" height clearance for the engine. Larger frame size requires drilling into bike frame and use of the universal face plate.

Bike Motor Dimensions:

The 48cc, 49cc and 80cc bicycle motor engine kits are roughly about 8.5" height 7" length 5" width and fits on most standard 24" – 26" or 25mm 29mm frame bicycle frame tubes. Larger frame size requires drilling into bike frame and use the universal face plate. This engine kit only adds about 20 lbs to your bike.

Through UPS we offer many shipping methods and for International and Canadian shipping we suggest UPS STANDARD, (2-6 days; does not cover Customs Brokerage, Duties, and Taxes… these are charged to the consignee on delivery). We have found that this is the cheapest way to send packages to Canada.

Skills & Experience:

The buyer may need some basic hardware skills, tools, and it takes roughly around 2-3 hours to install and to do some adjustments and fine tuning.

Disclaimer: Down through the years China bike engine factories have always advertised their biggest engine as 80cc therefore we have listed them the same way on our website. However, the bore and stroke of an 80cc being 47x38mm only equals 66cc. Therefore there is no such thing as an 80cc bike motor and it truly does not exist and we want to make sure that you are aware of this.
