We recommend that if you have no prior experience with motors, engines, mopeds, motorcycles and/or this is your first bicycle motor installation that you schedule a Service Appointment. Take the stress out of your first installation and let one of our highly trained service technicians walk you through the proper steps and procedures. Or use a Service Appointment to maintain, inspect, service or Hop-Up your bike and keep it in top condition. Our appointments include teaching, research, and appointments with our staff has turned into a certain kind of fellowship with our customers and their love for tinkering with engines, pistons, needle bearings, etc.
Our service technicians are available 24 hours a day - 7 days a week and they can be dispatched for emergencies or for simple routine

I bought my husband the bike motor engine for his birthday because he had been talking about it for months yet he had no prior experience with any type of engine work except for the lawn mower spark plugs so I decide to buy him a Service Appointment also. I am so happy I did because your staff quickly scheduled his appointment and he had it installed and puttering around town in no time.
He has many friends and neighbors asking him about it and he loves it… Now he wants to add onto his bike and get it “Pimped Out” he
called it. Guess I will be scheduling another appointment. ;)

Our scheduled Service Appointments are the best way to convert your bike into a moped quickly and properly especially without any
experience. We suggest this strongly because our sales staff receives hundreds of calls a day and we require that one of our
highly trained service technicians walk you through the proper steps and procedures with a Service Appointment.
Other Support Options
Besides our online support materials such as the Installation Manual
and Installation Video we also have Technical Support Hours available. Our highly trained technical support personnel schedules and appointment(s) with you to go over your engine installation, part installation or miscellaneous issues. We offer this support in blocks of 1 hour time slots and our technicians will either call and/or email to arrange the time slots you want to book with them one on one.

Bicycle Motor Service Appointments - Terms and Conditions
- - We keep track of the hours used and accumulated.
- - Accumulated time will posted in your Members Account for online viewing 24/7.
- - Service Appointments hours can be redeemed and scheduled normally within twenty four hours (24) Monday through Friday (M-F) of being
being processed and paid, not ordered.
- - Scheduling your Service Appointments will be done via phone and/or email.
- - Our goal is to schedule your appointment on your desired day but we cannot guarantee that that day and time are available and
not previously booked.
- - Service Appointment Hours must be redeemed within 6 months of the online purchase date.
- - There are no refunds, returns or credits for unused appointment time.
